A: Reason: The waterproof cover reflected the light into the lens. |

A: There is a auto shutter in every camera. The frequency of this shutter is something to do with the light in the camera's working environment. If the light is strong, the frequency will be high, which helps to reduce the exposure. And if the light is weak, the frequency
will be low, which helps more lights to come into the CCD to make the image clear. From above, we can see that the frequency of the
shutter is subjected to the light strength. Therefore, when the frequency of the daylight lamp matches that of the shutter well,
the image will be normal. Otherwise, the color of the image will become periodicly.
